Orku Xanthan Gum is a high quality food grade thickening and stabilising powder used in a wide range of cooking and formulation applications. This fine, free flowing cream coloured powder disperses easily in water and helps create smooth, consistent textures in sauces, dressings, baked goods and general food preparation. It is also suitable for non food uses where a reliable thickener is required.

Produced through microbial fermentation from corn based carbohydrates, Orku Xanthan Gum conforms to E415 and FCC specifications and meets Australian inventory requirements. It is water soluble, neutral in flavour, and designed for dependable performance in both home and commercial environments.
